General positions :
Engineer
Our engineers are the core of what we do. They design, develop, maintain and modify the software we build for ourselves and our clients. Innovative problem-solvers with excellent communication skills and an intellectually curious mindset, you will build software that delights us and our clients.
The majority of our software is built in:
Unity
Vue.js
React
Kotlin
Swift
Python
C#/DotNet
PHP
However, we have also built products in C++, WebGL, Ruby On Rails and many more.
Our projects range from desktop to web, VR applications to console games. We believe strongly in a technology and platform agnostic mindset. What is key is to build amazing, high quality products that delight and impress.
Producer / Planner
Our producers are the glue that helps bind our teams together. An excellent communicator and leader, you know how to keep things silky smooth between our clients and our teams, and have what it takes to keep the ship afloat. You have a background in all aspects of keeping a games company running smoothly and will do anything to remove any challenges in the way of making the best software we can for ourselves and our clients.
You will be any or all of the following:
A relationship builder both with internal dev teams and external partners
Fluent in project-management tools and methodologies
Have a marketing mindset, understand who we build for, what they want and how to engage with them
A hands-on leader able to get his hands dirty and muck in with any part of the development process
Artist / Designer
Our artists bring intuitive design and beautiful aesthetics to the things we make. They can take a seed of an idea in someone else's head, a piece of writing, a bit of music, a product idea, and they can bring it out into the world and give it shape and form. Equally comfortable within a game engine creating production-level assets, or outside working with concepts, pitch material, wireframes and so on, you are able to produce work that wows and motivates our staff and our clients.
Build compelling pitch material to drive new projects and ideas forward
Build beautiful wireframes with the end-user needs firmly in mind and deliver them in a way that makes the work of developers easy
Concept ideas from the smallest kernel of an idea, and give it shape and form, communicating with others to bring life to their ideas
Build game assets including characters, UI, environments and anything else needed to build a game
