SK-II MR Experience.

For the Tokyo Olympics, SK-II opened an immersive retail and experiential installation in Harajuku, delivered through collaboration between multiple international companies and specialist teams.

Nekologic was brought into the project after the installation had spent an extended period in soak testing and required technical recovery, troubleshooting, and operational support. Our work included regaining access to secured systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues across multiple components, and assisting with the setup and validation of the wider installation.

The project required close coordination between software developers, network engineers, lighting designers, producers, and other stakeholders across multiple organisations. Working in both English and Japanese, we helped bring together the technical and operational elements required to successfully restore and operate a highly complex interactive experience.
