Project Alchemy.

Nekologic contributed to a large-scale systems integration project connecting the logistics infrastructure of Back Market with delivery services provided by Yamato Transport.

Working as part of an international team spanning Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, we developed backend integrations and workflow automation systems that streamlined operational processes between the two organisations. Our responsibilities included backend development, API integration, automation tooling, and enhancements to existing systems using Laravel, PHP, and supporting technologies.

The resulting platform helped reduce manual processing, minimise human error, and improve the efficiency of key logistics and fulfilment workflows.
