Philips Sonicare Face Filter App.

Developed for a Sonicare promotional event, this interactive installation used real-time face tracking and computer vision to augment visitors' faces with animated 3D cartoon mouths.

As attendees spoke, smiled, and made expressions, the digital overlays responded to their movements in real time, creating a playful and memorable experience. Visitors could choose from a variety of stylised mouths, pose for photographs, and receive their images by email as a personalised souvenir from the event.
Nekologic joined the project during the later stages of development to help prepare the experience for deployment. Our work included bug fixing, shader development, integration of the various technical components, and optimisation of the final application. The work brought together computer vision, real-time graphics, and public-facing design to power a complex interactive installation.
