Nekologic collaborated with multiple Japanese organisations to deliver a digital platform for Japan's Michi-no-Eki roadside station network. The system comprised a web platform, native mobile applications for iOS and Android, backend services, databases, and integrations with mapping and location services provided by Zenrin.

Our primary responsibilities included development of the web platform, backend systems, and integration with Zenrin's APIs, while also supporting the mobile application team. Beyond implementation, we contributed to the project's early planning stages by reviewing wireframes, providing UX feedback, and helping shape elements of the user interface and overall user experience.

The project required close collaboration between multiple organisations and stakeholders, with all communication and delivery conducted in Japanese. Through this project, Nekologic successfully navigated a large-scale, multi-vendor environment, aligning technical, design, and business requirements to drive delivery forward.
