🎯 Product Owner
Someone who can work closely with the client to define and maintain a clear product vision, coordinate priorities, and guide the team. Japanese communication skills and business experience are essential for this role.
🛠️ Lead Engineer
A Lead Engineer focused on tools, automation, and component libraries. Helping us streamline development, support the team, manage CI/CD, and improve DX. Remote is ok for the right candidate.
🔐 Lead Engineer
A Lead Engineer for backend integration, auth flows, and API connectivity. Driving some of the trickier systems-level parts of the project and mentoring engineers. Hybrid, Tokyo.
👨💻 Flutter/Dart engineers
Several General Flutter/Dart engineers (mid-level+) for frontend/backend support. Assigned based on skills and interests — good opportunity to grow into a lead role.

Our projects are diverse — from mobile and web apps to VR experiences, simulations, and tools for creative industries. We don’t believe in being tied to a single platform or stack. Producer / Planner
Our producers are the connective tissue that keeps our projects and people aligned. As a strong communicator and thoughtful leader, you’re able to navigate both the creative and logistical sides of software development — keeping teams humming, clients confident, and delivery on track. You understand that great software isn’t just about code — it’s about collaboration, trust, and adaptability. Whether it’s helping manage schedules, handling partner communications, or unblocking devs, you’re ready to step in and make things smoother.
You may be any (or all) of the following:
A relationship builder, trusted by both internal teams and external stakeholders
Fluent in modern project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Asana, Notion, etc.)
Marketing-minded, with an eye for audience needs, product-market fit, and engagement strategies
A hands-on problem solver, unafraid to dive into the messy bits and help wherever needed
You’re the person who helps keep the engine running — calm in chaos, focused on outcomes, and always looking for ways to support the team in building something meaningful.
Artist / Designer
Our artists turn ideas into emotion. Whether it starts as a passing thought, a musical cue, or a rough narrative, you’re the person who gives shape and style to our collective imagination. From pitch decks to production assets, you help make the intangible feel real — and make our projects visually sing. Equally at home inside a game engine or sketching concepts from scratch, you’re the kind of artist who can work across the creative pipeline, collaborating with designers, developers, and clients to bring ideas to life.
You might be doing any of the following:
Crafting compelling visual pitch material that gets stakeholders excited and helps new projects take flight
Designing intuitive wireframes and flows, always with the end user in mind and in ways that support our dev teams
Concepting visuals from a fragment of an idea, working collaboratively to explore and refine direction
Building high-quality game assets — characters, UI, environments, props, and more — directly in-engine or as part of the asset pipeline
You make things that move people — and help move projects forward.
